Two Most Popular Programs
Advance Unit Exchange
Notify BankSystems of a defective device by telephone, email. We'll ship an identical replacement device to you for receipt the next business day and issue a UPS "call tag" for return of your defective device. Place the defective device in the same box in which the replacement arrived and call UPS for pick up at your location.
Quick Turn Time and Material
The defective device is shipped at the customer's expense to our depot repair center. We'll repair it, complete a thorough inspection and reconditioning (including testing, cleaning, and lubrication), and ship it back to you within three business days of receipt via UPS ground shipment.
